Key Ingredients For Sevaiya Ki Burfi:

200 Gram Sevaiya

100 Gram Desi ghee

40 Gram Almonds

30 Gram Pistachios

25 Gram Raisins

250 Ml Milk

120 Gram Khoya

100 Gram Sugar

Steps To Make Sevaiya Ki Burfi:

  1. Firstly, take a pan. Put Sevaiya into it and dry roast it in the pan.
  2. After Sevaiya gets roasted, add desi ghee to it and toss it for a minute or two. Make sure, it won’t get burnt.
  3. Then, put milk into the pan and let it boil.
  4. After that, you need a thick pouring consistency to make Burfi. So, add khoya, sugar into it and toss it till it blends completely.
  5. Put the mixture out of the pan and set it on a tray. Finally, add nuts and dry fruits slivers over it.
  6. Leave it at room temperature and let it cool.

Your Sevaiya Ki Burfi is ready to serve to the guests.
